Speaker Series

The Centre hosts a lunchtime speaker series throughout the academic year as a way to expose our students to a variety of research styles, substantive issues, and theoretical perspectives in the fields of criminology and sociolegal studies. Each term, we invite about a half dozen scholars from nearby universities as well as more far-flung places to present work in progress or more polished papers. The talks are open to the public. If you would like to be added to the email list announcing the talks, please contact crimsl.communications@utoronto.ca.

Talks are from 12:30-2:00 in Room CG 265, 14 Queen’s Park Cres West unless otherwise indicated.

If you have any access needs or if there are any ways we can support your full participation in this session, please email crimsl.communications@utoronto.ca and we will be glad to work with you to make the appropriate arrangements.
